Poluc was created as the signature cocktail of our hotel, Maison Poluc, in Val d'Ayas. This drink is designed to provide a mixology experience that combines freshness and the flavors of the typical Aosta Valley mountains.

Given the significant positive feedback received at Maison Poluc, we decided to offer it again at Altitude, where Genepy, Thyme, Lime, and Triple Sec find the perfect balance for tasting at 2000 meters above sea level, providing a break from the ski slopes or a perfect pre-dinner option.
